By using mokshavastra.store and placing an order, you accept these terms. We may update them, and the latest version always lives on this page.

Products

Product images are mockups and colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration and the print-on-demand process. Oversized fits are intentional — please refer to the size guide before ordering.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of all taxes — what you see is what you pay. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. For partial COD orders, the advance amount is adjusted against the total, and the balance is payable in cash at delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided printing has not begun. Once in production, made-to-order items cannot be cancelled.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, photography, and brand assets are the intellectual property of Moksha Vastra and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
