Processing Time
Every Moksha Vastra piece is made to order. Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders faster. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. A flat fee of ₹79 applies to orders below that. Cash-on-delivery orders carry an additional ₹49 handling fee.
Serviceability
We ship across India. If your pincode is unserviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.
Delays
During festivals, sales, or courier disruptions, delivery may take longer than estimated. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
