Returns & Refund Policy
Made to Order
Each garment is printed on demand especially for you, so we accept returns and exchanges only in the cases below — but where it counts, we make it easy.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We'll ship a free replacement or refund you in full — your call.
Wrong Item or Size Received
If we shipped the wrong product or size than what you ordered, we'll replace it at no cost and cover the reverse pickup.
Size Exchanges
Selected the wrong size? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Exchanges need the piece unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact. Reverse shipping may be chargeable.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For partial COD orders, the online-paid amount is refunded and the order is cancelled.
How to Raise a Request
Email support@mokshavastra.store with your order number, the issue, and photos. We reply within 24–48 hours, Mon–Sat.
